The project comprises 650 ha of degraded bushland, grass land ans swamps on the farm “Rio Aquidaban”. Trees were planted on approximately 300 ha. 70 ha are set-aside for protection of natural forest and wetlands.
Since the year 2000, the company global-woods is executing afforestations to regenerate natural habitats and counteract erosion.
